Disappointed to find one of the vinyl sheets was damaged on arrival. Otherwise, the machine works well once set up. Maybe I just got unlucky, but it's frustrating when things don't go smoothly from the start.

Great machine, but the learning curve hit me harder than expected. Took ages to figure out the settings for different materials. Vinyl looks lovely once you get it right, though. Might need a beginner’s guide!
